• Per room booking - Suites which are not booked will not be accessible and book able to other bookings. All other villa’ facilities, including swimming pool, kitchen, staff services, etc., will be fully available for per bedroom bookings.

Accommodation Rates above is NET per night per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• 21% Government Tax and Service Charges
• Pick up & Transfer from Airport to Villa and Transfer from Villa to Airport (1 x in and 1 x out)
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
• Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement. A 20% service charge is applicable on top of any shopping receipts in all villas.
• In-villa daily continental breakfast (maximum 2 breakfast per room).
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa. A cook is available at a cost (20% on top of grocery shopping receipts)

* Meals, laundry, local transportation, Telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account

** Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
